RARE BIRDS
11/20/20011 min read

This first-year Ivory Gull stayed at Örland in middle Norway in November 2001. The species is rare along the coast of mainland Norway, and is not recorded every year. This individual spent much of its time feeding on a corpse of a desiccated Little Auk when I observed it.
The quality of the photos are not the best. I went out of Kodachrome 200, and had to buy 400 iso negative film (Kodak Gold) wich I pushed into 800 iso. The prints were scanned afterwards.
