Tibet

I have visited Tibet twice through the Norwegian–Tibetan partnership, a network linking Norwegian universities with Tibet University and the Tibet Academy of Social Sciences to support Master’s and PhD training in Norway. During my stay in 2024 I assessed sites for bird‑related fieldwork, and in 2008 I took part in the feildwork on a study on thw winter ecology of the endangered Black-necked Crane.
